Welcome to Lyaah! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our online tailor booking services. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

Introduction

Lyaah provides an online platform where users can:
Book a tailor online.
Schedule home visits for taking measurements.
Get customized stitched clothes delivered within a specified time.

By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms mentioned below.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Users below 18 must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Accurate personal and contact information must be provided during booking.

Booking and Service Terms

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after receiving an acknowledgment email or SMS.

Tailor Visit: The tailor will visit your address as per the scheduled time. You are responsible for ensuring availability at the provided address.

Measurement and Alterations:
Measurements will be taken by the assigned tailor during the visit.
Alteration requests after delivery may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payment Modes: We accept online payments, UPI, and cash on delivery.

Advance Payment: A percentage of the total service cost may be collected as an advance at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refunds:
Cancellations made 24 hours before the tailor’s visit are eligible for a full refund
No refunds for cancellations made after the tailor visit or once stitching work has started.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days after measurements.

Delay Policy: In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be notified via SMS/email..

User Responsibilities

Ensure that the provided measurements and details are accurate.
Cooperate with the tailor during the measurement and fitting process.
Inform the support team immediately in case of any discrepancies.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Rescheduling: You may reschedule the tailor’s visit up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy: Last-minute cancellations (within 12 hours) may attract a nominal service charge.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Lyaah platform, including logos, designs, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ALyaah is not liable for any errors, delays, or discrepancies in measurements that occur due to incorrect user inputs or unforeseen circumstances.
We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
