Order Processing & Delivery

Order Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email and SMS with order details.
Tailor Visit & Measurement: Our tailor will visit your address within 24-48 hours (based on your preferred time).
Stitching Time: Depending on the type of garment, stitching usually takes 5-7 business days after measurements are taken.
Delivery Time:
Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days after stitching.
Express Delivery: Available for select services with a 2-3 day turnaround time.

Shipping Charges

• Free Standard Delivery: Available for orders above ₹999
• Express Delivery: Charged at ₹150 per garment.
• Remote Location Delivery: Additional charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable areas.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Modifications: You can modify your order (measurements or design) within 12 hours after the tailor visit.
• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before the tailor visit. Once measurements are taken, cancellation is not permitted.
