At Lyaah, we are committed to delivering your tailored outfits promptly and securely.

1. Service Availability

  • Our tailoring services are available in selected locations. Please check service availability while booking.
  • The tailor will visit the provided address for measurement and deliver the stitched garments to the same location.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after measurements are taken.
  • Urgent/Express delivery options may be available upon request at an additional charge.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery charges are included in the package.
  • Additional charges apply for express or out-of-service area deliveries.

Return & Alteration Policy

We aim to provide a perfect fit every time, but if you’re not satisfied, we’ve got you covered.

1. Alteration Requests

  • Customers can request alterations within 7 days of receiving the garment.
  • Alterations will be done free of cost if the error is from our end.
  • Additional charges may apply for changes in design or measurements provided incorrectly.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • As this is a customized service, returns and refunds are not applicable.
  • In case of significant issues in stitching or defects, a re-stitch or alteration will be offered.
  • In case of any refund, it will credited in your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
